Fall Foliage Rally and Tour 2011
Join us for a very exciting regional event

Dates: September 23, 24, 25

Time:  Rally will leave at one minute intervals beginning at 10:45 AM (plan to arrive early to enjoy the museum)

Lodging: Lake Placid Crowne Plaza (spectacular setting with special rates, all rates and the ability to register for the event and the hotel is available online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/MercedesBenzClub

Place: Saratoga Springs, NY ending in Lake Placid, NY

Cost: $100.00 per person which will include a reception on Friday evening and a sit down dinner Saturday night.

The rally will begin at the Saratoga Auto Museum in historic Saratoga Springs, New York.  From Saratoga we will make our way thru the Adirondack Mountains with a stop along the way at the Adirondack Museum and then on to the Olympic Village of Lake Placid.  We will end the day with a lovely reception and cash bar.

Saturday we plan to do a driving tour of the spectacular Adirondacks with stops at various Olympic venues and a drive up the Olympic Mountain, Whiteface. The views and foliage will be remembered for years to come.  Our tour will also take us to the famous James Brown Farm.  We will begin the tour at 11:00 AM which will allow time to walk this unique town and perhaps visit the Olympic Arena (it is next door to the host hotel) where history was made in 1980 with the “Miracle on Ice”.  Saturday will conclude with a great evening meal and cash bar along with awarding the rally winners some very valuable prizes.
